Catarina holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon since 2019. Additionally, since 2022, she has a Master's degree in Clinical Research Management from NOVA Medical School. During the latter, she deepened her regulatory knowledge regarding medical devices, with her internship report focused on the new European Medical Devices Regulation (2017/745). Currently, she works as a Community Pharmacist at Farmácia Ribeiro do Arneiro and as a Clinical Research Associate and Regulatory Specialist in Medical Devices at NOVA Clinical Research Unit, the NOVA Medical School's CRO.
